Don't stress yourself


1. Thou shalt not try to be all things to all people.
2. Thou shalt leave some things undone.
3. Thou shalt not spread thyself too thin.
4. Thou shalt learn to say "No".
5. Thou shalt schedule time for thyself and they supportive network.
6. Thou shalt regularly switch off and do nothing.
7. Thou shalt sometimes be untidy and inelegant.
8. Thou shalt leave some things for others.
9. Thou shalt not be thine own worst enemy.
10. Thou shalt be thine own best friend.
