So, as the saying goes, "Love is Blind."
Many have been blindly in-love...
And how's that, really?
S: "Aura, kelan ka ba mag-aasawa?"
A: "Ahhh, Sir, matagal pa po yun."
S: "Ilang taon ka na ba?"
A: "28 na po."
S: "Pwedeng-pwede na."
A: "Naku, Sir, saka na yun, di pa po priority eh!"
A: "Eh, Sir, kamusta na po yung anak nyo?"
S: "Haay naku! ayun na-love is blind..."
S: "Nabuntis ng bf nya, na walang trabaho..."

A: "friend, how are you na?"
F: "heto, nagmamaganda."
A: "hmmmm...smells something's fishy here..."
F: "hay naku sinabi mo pa. Inom tayo!"
A: "Sure!"
A: "So, anong kwento?"
F: "Sira ulong bf ko, nawala lang ako for 1 month pinagpalit na ko at sa isang sales lady lang..."
A: "Ahhh..."
...in between her sobs and bottles of beer...
A: "Eh di ba, in the first place alam mo ng palikero sya..."

A: "Friend, kita tayo..."
F2: "Oo ba, may kwento ka no?!"
A: "Obviously!"
F2: "Ano, tequila? o lights?"
A: "Natikman mo na ba ang vodka cruiser?..."
...in between my sobs and bottles of vodka cruiser...
F2: "Eh kung hindi ka ba naman tang-a at bulag eh... pinatulan mo pa..."
A: "Sige na, I gave you the permission na batukan ako..."

Holding on to false hopes and empty promises... we fall deep into the pit of the so called "in-love" feeling...
Love is never blind... it is us who shuts our eyes in the truth and looks on what make-believe-picture we create and choose to see...
